Send a Review Request

Send a review request in seconds—add a customer, choose a campaign, and send by text, email, or both.

Steps

    1. From any page, click Send Review Request (top right side).

  2. Add Phone and/or Email (one or both) → Send Request. Screenshot:confirmationScreenshot: confirmationScreenshot:confirmation

  3. Track progress in Contacts (see sequence step/status)

 


Heads-up: Send stays disabled until a valid phone/email is entered (no spaces/special chars).
