Edit the Review Form

Customize the rating style, logo, and which ratings go public vs. send private feedback.

  1. Go to Campaign Settings and choose the form you would like to edit.

  2. Choose rating type that will display to your customers(Stars, Numbers, or Thumbs up/down)

  3. Set Public redirect threshold (e.g., 4+ goes to Public Sites; lower routes to private feedback)

  4. Select which public sites you want Kudoz to send reviews toScreenshot:feedback−fieldsScreenshot: feedback-fieldsScreenshot:feedback−fields

Gotcha: If no site is selected for public reviews, Google is selected by default
